Watching Cowboy Bebop episode “Pierrot Le Fou,” the antagonist for the episode reminds me a lot of the Earl and Lord Rufus’s disguise from Pandora Hearts. The similarities make me wonder if he maybe influenced their designs. If anyone has info supporting this lemme know.
