Even like double cropped it is kinda nice. Il have a think about the red on his fore arms. Might get rid of it or make the area a lot smaller and add more silver-y color.

For irises: Clip a layer and make a pupil. Then add another layer (unclipped) to make an outline, use a darker color. Then clip a layer again, pick a color between those two and shade half of the iris, leave the tips faded.
For eyelashes: Add another layer and clip it to the base color. use a lighter color to seperate each lashes. Then add another lighter color for the tips of the lashes. Blend the harsh lines with a color in between the two colors (just use eyedropper to pick the color)
