Just found some art I did for a Capcom card game called UFS like... 15 years ago? Not terrible, but I would do them differently today.

Not all of them were published, I think only Rikuo and BB Hood went ahead. I think I never saw them lol

I usually choose role/fighting style - how I want to play. For example I might go, I want to play a consumate archer, who is capricious and uncouth, but dashing and honorable. Then look at classes/races second to try and build the concept in my head. Turns out zen archer halfdrow

though I'm not too happy with the upper body, I'm am so proud of the details on the head. I discovered how much fun I have with finger painting 2 years ago and this is the best one when it comes to detail yet
