The thing I enjoyed most were the fight scenes and robot designs. Not only are those parts well done, but the fights look like they were in the style of 90s Mech shows that obari animated and I think that intentional.

Kenji Kawai's music is also really good.

one time someone called shera calarts, and i was like HUH. like the reason sheras animation isn’t that good sometimes is bc of all the unique designs.(which isn’t a bad thing). animation uses calart so much bc it gives them the ability to focus on other things more
