I think it might be my favourite of the three picturebooks, at least visually. The winter theme was so fun to work with and I felt I could really push the characters and setting as it was mostly based in one particular region.

Today for #ArtAdventCalendar, a piece I did for a (still unpublished) manuscript involving the birds of Saipan. This is the nosa' or Saipan White-eye (Zosterops saypani), sometimes considered a subspecies of Bridled White-eye. #sciart
@RussellMaddie18 It looks about the right size. The crest so appears the same size as older reconstructions. A new paper leaked unpublished material that suggests charonosaurus had a crest more similar to tlatolophus (below)
