My new character I've been developing the kast two weeks. He is inspired but Ghirahim (diamond markings) and Sai's super beast scroll (He is a creature made of ink and can transform himself at will).
Completed fall commission for Wred_The_WolfFox on FA! In addition to working with the character, I had the opportunity to design a mage-themed outfit to use for this piece. I mainly took inspiration from the character's markings, which are mostly covered up by the clothes.
I wasn't satisfied with Rugah's design, so I tried some over color pallets and markings. Ended up deciding on cool de-saturated colors. She is Feyn's antagonist and he is more saturated warm colors now, so I think this is better.
The comparison.
Today we celebrated a plaque on Blackstock Rd, N4 marking the room where the CND sign (now universal peace symbol) was adopted. Designer Gerald Holtom based it on semaphore for N and D but also alluded to, inverted, the central figure in Goya's anti-war painting, 3rd May 1808.
Sorry, I really wasn't satisfied with how it looked still. :/ So, I fixed his head and ears and re-drew some markings!
So again, here's a patreon reward for @SquirrelElf !!
Today we celebrate the greatest spy in the World @007! Global #JamesBondDay 💥 Here’s a new Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop 🎨 tribute piece marking 007’s return. Cheers 🥂 Mr. Bond! #JamesBond #007 #DanielCraig #digitalart #bond25 #adobeillustrator #ipadproart
I've been drawing nelves for over a decade and THIS set of facial markings has always been THE ABSOLUTE WORST TO GET RIGHT TO THIS VERY DAY OMG but it's great when ya finally nail it 😩👌
(NSFW-ish) what should I name this Akita lady.....I may rework her facial markings when I get the chance but otherwise I’m into her design a lot
Thank you so much @tocoburger for this awesome pic of my deer!
Despite not having a ref of him yet, you nailed his markings to a T!

[Headcanon] The appearance of Salmonids change when they migrate. Their snout and teeth grow out, their eyes become yellow and bulging, and their markings become redder and more vibrant.
A note about their head fin: its color is sometimes enhanced through dyes according to rank.
@COSMICSHEEN THIRD TIMES THE CHARM WHOOP-
seriously though thanks again for the opportunity!
This is Dutch, his face markings are symmetrical, and he is supposed to have yellow scleras as shown in the second image! I'd love to see him being super serious while smoking a cig O:
Commission I did for a friend on fb. I’ll share sfw art on main from now on!
Those rainbow markings make her the biggest ray of sunshine in my gallery, I tell ya what ;;

@starryKC ahh sorry... My own marking confused me a little
the breaks in the two reddish brown lines on the ear are near the inner side on the back, closer to her horns/hair. so that the line looks unbroken unless seen directly from the back or folded front way as near the face view.
@_CaptainBrown_ BODY MARKING ARE THE TOUGHEST THING WITH MAKING THESE PONIES I SWEAR. I MADE A VERSION WITH OR WITHOUT. THIS WAS SO FUN haha
