I recently started using the symmetry brush tool in PS.

Most recently used on parts of these castles. I used to just draw, copy, paste & flip as needed. Since my work is often rough/not perfect on purpose I never used it. Fun fact: it's doesn't always mirror 1:1 and I like that.
