Great question! I think scroll is a bit less complex so it’s easier to end there than to start. Personally, I’m fine with either format depending on the context. For example with the CTA contest, there was a space limit where I had to fit more, so I ended up using a hybrid format

Supes is not supposed to be hulked out/roided, I agree, but I like his more classic “natty fit” look (like how Curt Swan & later Frank Quitely portrayed him as).

the pattern is just thes noise masks resized to fit my needs, they're triplanar AFAIK. It's also just for visualization but I'm planning to get the same effect in engine
