Infinite (former Jackal Squad leader; the Ultimate Mercenary) could've been Shadow the Ultimate Lifeform's new enemy/rival between Sonic Forces - present forever.

However, Sonic the Hedgehog took Infinite away from Shadow and killed him for some reason. He doesn't care.
