Yeah they were clearly trying to mimic Eijin Suzuki's style. Unfortunately the VHS doesn't do the style justice, really eats away at the outlines. But I've found a couple of cels online and this could look amazing if we got an HD release. What a shame.

Mastered SSJ Rage Future GT Ranch

I tried to change up her outfit a bit and gave her longer hair.
The Mastered SSJ Rage form gives blue hair with a yellow outline and eyes. It's power would be on par with Vegeta's "Blue Evolution" or "Mastered SSJ Blue"

I'm reporting the cause of this problem.The problem is due to the non-normalized scale of the object.
Apparently, MToon had no effect on the thickness of the outline, but on the VRoid Hub.This problem is shared by engineers and VRoid Hub is considering how to deal with it.
