The designer of the Truforce figures, Keisuke Mizuno , created X-Kai, a Bass-esque version of X made by Dr. Wily before working on Zero.
Mizuno stated he was surprised there never was Evil Version of X, but the Rockman X Megamission series has iX, an evil clone of X.

'Sir John Lavery' ~ David Wilson.

Wilson came to prominence for his work as a cartoonist to the Daily Chronicle and Punch among others. In December 1912 an article themed 'Belfast in London' was accompanied by caricatures by Wilson of prominent Belfast figures, including Lavery.
