@arcanegold I had a really similar experience! Went from using gimp on an old ass laptop in 2019 which I struggled to work with, to being given procreate on an ipad and it did wonders for my consistency!! im rlly thankful

The one from 2008 was all traditional.
The 2011 one, while "sketched" on paper, was lineart and colored with GIMP
And the 2015 and 2017 ones were all done on FireAlpaca. ^^;
