RECLINING FRAGMENT

Only now, I am seeing
the beauty I once
refused to see
in the fragments I am,
of my flaws,
of my mistakes,
of my imperfections

Adding texture to my old art just makes it look… complete? Like intentionally adding noise really hides imperfections IMO

I drew a little discord profile pic for myself using the full Bass image as a reference. There's some imperfections I may correct later but I do like how he turned out.

i only worked on it when i was confident, no stress/pressure
so i appreciate Kaina for letting me take my time on this <3
its good for me to take breaks inbetween working on ref sheets, b/c then i can return to it with fresh eyes n be able to notice mistakes/imperfections /w\

Dear, I love you all the way you are, for all your perfect imperfection. You've changed my life for the better, and I'll be forever grateful.

I'd like to bring to your attention the fact that right before the "Imperfection is beautiful" scene, Hordak is sitting on a defensive stance, and after the scene happens, we see Hordak being awestruck and he's not crossing his arms anymore. She tore down his walls, literally.

Of course, the body has many imperfections with the proportions and is still quite sloppy, unpolished, but I am satisfied with the result, especially with the hair 💖
This time I draw an old OC called Amaranth who I was draw in 2019, and it's a lot of difference 😆

My Tarot deck is complete! 🥲

It took me a year on and off. It's imperfect, but it's imperfections are part of it's story and I'm pleased with it. There are many tarot decks in the world, and this one is mine <3

3. nobunaga employed sen no rikyu, a tea master who influenced the spread of the minimalist philosophy known as "wabi-sabi." it is a philosophy that stresses the beauty in imperfection and transience - one nobunaga held to more closely than his successor.
