It’s pretty clear Rui Tsukasa and Nene are the darling children. You can argue that it’s cuz his is the 4* card, but I think it’s interesting that Rui’s is the only card of the three with fairy dust. After all… Curtain Call pretty much established Rui doesn’t want to ‘grow up’.
