Here's another character in my cartoon, Squirrely & Horsey. This is Mr. Michael Ratskins. He is my take on the "grumpy old neighbor" stereotype. If you look closely, Mr. Ratskins' wife's name is Holly. Their names are references to Michael Scott and Holly Flax from The Office.
