As I have moved into using pencil crayon with my watercolor it is sometimes a struggle with paper texture. I really like painting on rough paper but pencil crayon is a bit more difficult. Trying to find a balance.

Xerian holding a sign. Modified from a base by and coloured by me. Reverse-engineering the hexagon effect uses was fun, but they dissolved to mush anyway after rescaling. Still, it gave it a nice texture.
