I generally use a white background but I used a grey one here since Ridley has the colors most similar to white, after that I put the blobs of color where I’m rendering and shading, for that I use an ‘opaque water color’ not sure if it’s a default brush anymore though

I think I need to be as willing to erase parts of the lines and blobs I put down as actually putting them down. I'm kind of in the habit of just undoing if I "mess up" then redoing the whole line but I'm not sure if that works as well with things that aren't lines.
