It’s a spectrum. Sonic leans cool, but to imply the design doesn’t have a cute factor is strange to me. His design occupies the same niche as Klonoa, and certainly nobody will argue that Klonoa isn’t meant to also come across as cute.

Went back and colored in that "JoJo" face I made of Glitch, originally it was gonna be two versions (cel shaded and air brush) but I mixed the two together and it kinda looks cool, is this what "rendering" is?
