On Dec 14th I had something very special happen… I got diagnosed with Autism!! I always felt broken, weird and immature, I felt lost. It feels welcoming to get to know myself, I no longer feel like a failure. I’m not broken, just different. I’m learning to love myself ☺️💞

For some strange reason there are people who believe that they have a right to see your diagnosis to prove you're not self-diagnosed.

1. Self-diagnosis is valid.

2. No one has a right to see your diagnosis if they're not your doctor.

I went to the doctor today, and it’s confirmed that I definitely have some severe form of OCD. Soon (hopefullyy) I’ll see a psychiatrist to get properly diagnosed/treated. Apparently normal therapy won’t help at all.

Then I can get back to music-making like a normal person? 😌
