Looking Up to Magical Girls sounds like a fun romp. MC herself is a neat deconstruction of one of the major influences of the mahou shoujo genre "Revolutionary Girl Utena" in part by having the intended name starkly perceived as a sadist.
Pretty funny too so there's that.
She has a heartbreaking moment at the end of this arc where she fully admits to herself that her father is gone. Good stuff!
