as far as i can tell you can't directly manipulate the RGB channel in rgss3's bitmap class but you can also get this effect by layering 3 of the same image in each pure color channel with an additive blending mode

Mistakes are part of the process. I messed this up by layering too much which made the piece look really FLAT and I made the bridge of the nose too thin when trying to fix it. So I’ve scraped away that section with my blade and now I can start fresh :)

I’m a fan of layering tshirts with a loose button up dress shirt for a laid back feel that lets me button up if it does get cold, but vests are an option too! Demin is a flexible color that works as a great neutral for bright colors, & you can adorn it with pins to boot!
