Redesign concepts for Flash Man and Toad Man in Quint's Revenge 2.
Of the two, I think Flash got the better end of the Gem infused mutation.

Toad's stage concepts was playing it rather safe in the planning docs, so I think I'll throw sludge into there as a stage and boss theme.
