Smaugust 2021 - Cardinal

The stunning red is something I have yet to get over with these birds. Having seen one when on holiday its hard to believe these are real.

The same crystals that create undead aberrations can also augment a dragon's life. Mysteriously, some dragons can control the growth of the crystal around parts of their body. Though it loses its searing blue energy, it condenses and grows when damaged.

Patron requested bird, the long tailed tit is one of my favourite small birds as they resemble a pompom with a tail.

Rumored to be kept by "doe-eyed witches" as familiars. They look like berries that other creatures instinctually avoid. Their breath and saliva can cause people to hallucinate to the point of delirium then a state of torpor, and eventually death.
