#WIP Decided to go with @smolremie's Ayama for now. My thoughs on digital lineart:

pros:
- much smoother, less edgy than traditional
- easy fixable
- CSPs vector plains offer a ridiculous amount of tools to play around with

cons:
- a pain in the ass to draw with a touchpad

i drew the left one may 2020 and i think it's fair to say my lineart has improved lol. i've always struggled with shaky lines in both digital and traditional art so finding my old art and realizing how much smoother i've gotten is a real confidence boost

Ibispaint techniques I use:🎨
-Adjust the stabilizer for smoother lineart
-If you may, choose colors that aren’t too saturated
-color the lineart anything but black

The first was done on my computer with a mouse, 2nd was on ProCreate so the lines are smoother and I was able to do little things like a flame effect for charmanders tail, can’t decide on the background

Day 1746: Turning! I liked this one. The photo was nice, and the process was smooth. I think the final result was kinda heading down the right path too! The brush work still isn't quite what I wanted, but it's smoother and the values were on the right track. A good step!
