7. Is there a convenient way to farm wood?

An area around Diluc's winery is a great place for farming Mondstadt trees (Cedar, Birch, Cuihua trees).

Guili Plains are for Sandbearer and some Cuihua trees. Qingce Village is for Bamboo.

And the whole Dragonspine's for Pine Wood!
