My critique is that those paintings are just Thomas Kikade painting for 90s kids. Overly-polished, extremely artificial, too much emphasis on "warm light." It all feels very unnatural in it's capture of nostalgia. Nothing feels "lived in".

The painting at the left is the real one from a private collection in Punta Cana. The other is an AI (artificial intelligence) version. The difference is so big!
