a fun fact about the mp100 anime that I think a lot of fans don’t know about is that the soft shading done on the characters’ skin is inspired by Aladdin ✨ always thought that was a cool design choice!

Did felt marker, then reduced opacity, then took a soft erasure and smoothed out the rough parts

Moved from traditional to digital, and still figuring out what I really want my style to be tbh. I figured out I hate hatch shading on anything besides multimedia paper though, so my shading is mostly smooth now.
