This yellow color doesn't look as good when you scan it. I tried to replicate nendo gradient.
It would have her regular face and one that looks like 's Mayumi.

My process is pretty simple?
Watercolor texture camo print.
Red skin blush to make character look alive.
Color outline of light sources blue. Duplicate, expand, and blur for glow.
Blue highlights of cast light.
Red shadow.
Watercolor background texture.
Subtle red top gradient.
