In Xenoblade Chronicles Riki originally had much less HP, which is common quality in thief characters in RPGs. During the development of the game, he was given the highest HP in the party as a joke. The dev. team enjoyed this so much that it was kept in the final game!

Did you know that Mami's and Kyoko's color pallets were originally intended to be swapped?
According to the official guidebook, Urobuchi initially suggested for Mami to have a red color pallete and Kyoko a yellow one, this was however changed by Aoki Ume.
