I'd hope in a future I could work scenarios like this I took as references, of course, they would take a lot of time to do, and they would be more expensive too tho

Model sheets are created to show a character in its final form so the animators can understand the character to be able to animate it. Some of the model sheets are from the Kenner design team. Others are from the animation team with refining to make them easier to animate.

asahina is finally done.

i (the artist) am now going to be drawing the designs from scratch instead of going off the original sprites, it’s just a lot easier and will probably make the process a lot faster when i’m working.

sometimes i do clean lines when i want them to be seen in the end (like in the portrait)
sometimes i make a clean sketch and cover it later (second piece)

cant decide which one i like more
