hes ice/normal type
the blue one is the normal the orange one is the shiny(bc thats what he is a shiny boy)
evolves with affection and learns a bunch of water moves

There is no diagonal sample illustration of the Protogen version, so I may redraw it later.
The upper and lower illustrations on the right are the oldest ones, so I think they will replace the decent sample illustrations when commissioning.
