Really rough colors slapped on for now, but working on UVs atm after I finished rigging. Going to work on eye tracking and emotes tomorrow after textures are even and polished. Ideally would love to give her a gold confetti canon emote when I'm basically done with the model.

Why does Eternatus feel like an attempt at making Necrozma again, except not nearly as polished of an idea? Well, I guess we already know that SWSH weren't polished games so I shouldn't be surprised. I just feel like Eternatus had so much more potential to be awesome.

I've been kinda breaking down how i liked to color, using Hard Edges on Soft Shades to make a kind of ... easy polished look... and decided to write it down for fun 8)

Working hard to wrap this guy up before new year. Spent a lot of time polishing textures. Quickly modeled and textured a backdrop (still wip) and I still need to model and texture weapons. He's really close though.

I want to capture this feeling in 3D so badly!! 3D is so polished it can feel pretty sterile (there are exceptions).

2D is so good at this kind of very emotive minimalism. I mean it's obviously Ghibli as well, so they're masters, but I find this vibe is hard in 3D.
