But I've come to learn that focusing too much on numbers is a recipe for burnout

Yes So easy to compare & put pressure on ourselves. Follow some artists & say hello. Good relationships mean so much more than follower numbers & are more indicative of a healthy career. Followers are nice too though 😉

Totally jumping on the bandwagon, but can confirm - follower numbers don't necessarily equal success. I've been readily employed in advertising and video games for 12 years, and my following is in *no* way extensive. 😅
