For the basic of drawing you begin with 1 for the face or 2 for the whole body, right?
The thing is I did neither of them. I just start with the eye and work from there. So if you ever find my drawing proportion weird, this is the reason lol

They're certainly the most iconic and characteristic of the original trilogy. CE's has charm as an Aliens knock off but 3's retain some visual continuity with 2 while having more exadurated proportions and unique shapes.

My ideal would be a blend of 2 and 3's concepts

ngl ZUN has rly improved w/ his art style the past few games, especially now in TH18. i rly like this sorta manga-esque look going on with the characters wrt the shading, lining and colors, and he's gotten a lot better at proportions and anatomy while keeping the Touhou charm!
