It’s 0130, but I really wanted to sketch something NicoMaki. I was thinking of doing a homey image, or one with them in uniforms, or even as adults since I haven’t done them in a long time. But I figured this would be fun as well.

You can use clipping masks to create the illusion of depth on a 2D surface like you'd find in comics. While it's a flat image, we use the clipping mask to make it seem like this character's hair is in front of the balloon.
