This is just a confusing mess of a film. The character motivations are muddled and the editing is all over the place. The acting is decent (I guess) but it is hampered by bad writing. Only Ichigo, Ukitake, Sentaro and Kiyone were immediately willing to help Rukia and actually did it for her sake. The rest of her helpers either needed motivation (given by a certain orange head) or came to SS for personal reasons that were not purely for Rukia 🤷‍♀️
