Because it's enjoyable. I love Izumi, Shikimori, & their group of friends as well. They're genuinely lovable characters. The dynamics between them is interesting.
People say that they hate Izumi for being weak, but I think Shikimori explained it well why people like me love him:

Also the bonus characters in SCIV were banned even though they were clones of existing characters. Their hitboxes were just flatout better than their counterparts so they made the originals null and void.

Created as a last minute filler in 1962, were unusual for the time, like apparently being set in a universe with no other characters or seeming to know at times that they were comic book characters.

Not to toot my own horn but to use these as examples. At first glance it's just another kink drawing but the more you look at it you can piece together a storyline of the events happening. Maybe learn more about the characters. "I came for the boobs but stayed for the plot".

Thank you to Dolsha for creating such complex and lovable characters. The way they grow as the series progresses really makes them feel so real. They needed space and time away from each other to be okay with themselves first.
