He is very, really long overdue, for a character that's so close to Nintendo, whose parent company developed some Mario games and crossovered with Wario as well, it's baffling how he isn't playable yet.

I imagine he'd be sort of like an Akuma-like character to the Bros. in the game so that's why I didn't change his stance much.
