The only bsnes CRT filter I've seen is one that is less of a filter and more about color space. It's called "Color Emulation" and tweaks the contrast/saturation (Off/On).

It's definitely interesting, and I'd use it more if it was available in my version of RetroArch.

Iridescent crystal studies! 🌈 Organise the color & brightness of the facets according to the direction they face. The light-facing shapes have the most color shifts while shadows are merged together with low contrast.
