Only Ichigo, Ukitake, Sentaro and Kiyone were immediately willing to help Rukia and actually did it for her sake. The rest of her helpers either needed motivation (given by a certain orange head) or came to SS for personal reasons that were not purely for Rukia 🤷‍♀️
