Fixed various issues, animegan quality improved a lot from earlier, only at 64x64 for now. Has the "blob" issue from StyleGAN now so I'll have to try adding weight demodulation next.

Here's a throw back, a long time ago when i was first drawing i did an attempted fan redraw of one my favorite artist's drawing, 's boy in question. but i got embarassed by how it looked so now i went back and redrew it. Hope you like the new and improved fan redraw.
