Not that anyone asked, but Allu is a kind of weird amalgamation of Yotsuba and a Gelfling from The Dark Crystal, both things I was obsessed with as a kid. Anime inspiration came first, then later I really learned to appreciate the work of Brian Froud.

In the '90s anime, Uranus & Neptune eventually acquired their Talismans. Pluto presumably had hers since her first appearance in Sailor Moon R. In both the manga and in Crystal, however, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto all had their Talismans from the start.
