Mine would have to be Garble and Sprout. Neither of them had any charisma to make them enjoyable in spite of them being villains. In Garble's case, he was just a psychotic frat boy. Sprout was an entitled jack-hole who got too drunk with power and was hard to take seriously.

1st is general layout/super rough. Been doing this with my drawing as of late and it helps a lot.
2nd is sketch. Important stage for me.
3rd is lineart. Hard but enjoyable.
4th is flat color. Then after is shading and such.
