I hate to admit it, but sometimes there's no substitute for simple pen on paper 😅

I made a variety of scribble shapes in marker, cleaned up the image in photoshop, traced it in illustrator, and then manipulated the shape & thickness to my liking 🌸

the second brush for sketches i turn opacity depending on pressure and with the transfer setting on, using the same texture but with different settings
