It's kind of interesting how some anime cels have colors that look really different IRL than in scans. It's usually brighter colors, too. In these 2 images the original scan is on the top, and the color-corrected one is on the bottom (showing how it actually looks IRL)

If you look closely, the character models were made to look like animation cels.
Should be best to give credit to as I adopted her methods to make the character "cels" and some future posts as well.
