What I did change is his eye shape and colour, added eyebrows, his wing shape, his beak composition, I gave him legs, I changed his tail and Faynag in my lore is made out of ink, so he's a drippy boi. I hope that my design is a good balance of respecting the original while 4/5

you can kinda see the sahing here too, for clothes i usually just do a lighter and a darker version of the base colour, but for skin i always go for a slightly de saturate pinky/red for shadows + a more saturated inbetween the shadow and base colour
