it is a matter of practicing a lot with the default flat watercolor brush (opaque), fixing the lines with soft pen and fix the color and luminosity with Sai or clip studio
Ibis doesn't have decent blur pen like sai so watercolors are good for manually blurring colors

When it comes to my personal art i tend to genuinely wing stuff, i come to realize that is horribly detrimental to my consistency so ive been doing a fun activity of looking back at pieces that are just - wrong- and fixing them up. :> learning from mistakes is cool
