And finally before I ramble on for way longer than I need to the designs are very hit or miss. Like some of the designs are cool but it's a mixture between mechanical and organic with it being a 3d model in a 2d cartoon is a bit messy. Compared to the original that-

I prob wouldn’t dislike SSJ4 as much if the original designs weren’t so messy. The color palettes used for both Goku and Vegeta feel really cluttered.

In comparison, I think they really simplified and cleaned up the designs for Dragon Ball Heroes.
