These were soooo hard for me. I was practicing all of the stops: telling a story, Lighting, composition, perspective, etc. These were for the book I'm writing "Traveler" I have a few rough chpts on Ao3!

Sure it's easy when they are all laid down flatly but when they are in perspective, it becomes a whole other game.
And when they are transparent, it's blow your mind! 😅

Hi!

I watched the talk by Caroline McHugh that you have linked in your bio. I love her perspective, and it led to me looking her up and seeing 'Never Not a Lovely Moon,' which I wanna read now.

Here's a doodle of gratitude, for putting a good thing into my brainTuT

There's a looming threat in the air...and she's staring right at you.

I thought about giving Shadidi a ragged scarf, so I made this. I tried to give it some perspective, idk if it worked. xDu But I kinda dig her new look, what do you think?

I like the hue of your drawing, and your male (very handsome
I don’t know how to draw perspective, I hope it looks like he lying in the water
I hope you will like it. I am not good at draw, please forgive me.ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ

Then I said these words on instagram once (lol

I get a LOT of questions/compliments about my rendering/lighting.

🔁RT if you would like to see an advice thread on the topic! (From my perspective, of course)

I'll write one if I get at least 10🔁

So, Im bad with perspective, like really bad that's why I normally draw characters looking at the front, 3/4 or similar, so doing that perspective of Blake without any reference, I'm proud of myself

I think I've reached a point in my art development where I'm satisfied with my "comfort zone"
I know to further improve I should experiment more with perspective, other body types, and more exaggerated poses/expressions
But characters posing in a blank space can be fun enough.

All these factors determine how creative your art looks and feels. A good example is my recent drawing of K. Butt. The pose is used a LOT, but my take on it's perspective, as well as the idea, is what sets this apart from others JUST ENOUGH to make it unique.

always thumbnail!

this helps you work on poses, perspective, composition, and lighting without worrying about the smaller details, only the important parts!

The one of the left is the last of my old hentai sketches and the only somewhat original one I made about a year ago. I realized after that I didn't actually understand either anatomy or perspective, so I've spent the past year focusing on anatomy. As you can see, I still don't.

Combining intricate mark-making with a slightly naive perspective, Zena Kay's style is charmingly off-kilter > https://t.co/5R61L1yIXa

Next up is !
Loved working on this! Figuring out the perspective, antlers, markings, a hoof and ..HANDS!! Did take some time 😁
Think it's my best work yet.
Hope you like Caba! Such a beautiful character!

Constructive criticism is always welcome! 😊

I’m too lazy to post this on insta so I post it here for now. Just experimenting with background and perspective, but for some reason it turned out really bad :,)

Commission for I tried for some perspective, not sure if it came out. But just another step towards improving!
