While I see your point when learning to draw figures, it’s not very creative to use the stereotypical Venus and Adonis body types all the time. All the character models would look the same, with only colour and detail changes; like Jim Lee’s stuff. ‘Attractiveness’ is subjective.

Sean Matsuda (like many other characters in SF) are based of real world people. He is most likely based on Jim Kelly. Also I believe Sean was originally was supposed to be American but in fear of being looking too stereotypical he was later retconned to be Brazilian
